Salon de la Guerre's 32nd album is loud, fast, cheap and only occasionally in control. It’s a work of ’90s-style alternative rock, ’80s college rock and good old-fashioned punk in the vein of Eric Rasmussen’s idols: the Pixies and Lou Reed.
